Rooted In Wisdom, SPC was born from a commitment to change the narrative for women in the professional world. As women, we’re often socialized to believe there is only room for one of us at the table. Through lived experiences that reinforced this belief, our founder, Elisha Zelina Bell, recognized the need to dismantle this limiting narrative and create a space where collaboration, empowerment, and equity are at the forefront.
With over 20 years of experience in global health, strategy, and social purpose, Elisha has encountered firsthand the barriers and biases that women face. Determined to rewrite the story, she birthed Rooted In Wisdom as a feminist-based, female-first consulting firm dedicated to empowering organizations and amplifying women’s voices across all sectors. Her vision is a world where every woman has a seat at the table—and where that table grows to welcome more, not fewer.
